This item is made to order. For new collection pieces it typically takes 2-3 weeks to receive your order. For older seasons garments it takes 3-5 weeks.
We can make any of our dress styles in any prints that you see online just get in touch via email or instant chat
We can work on a bespoke projects for say bridesmaid dreses
Returns are accepted on made to order items according to our refund policy.

Delivery

Made to order items will be shipped directly from Jaipur and take approx 3-5 weeks to receive.
When the item leaves the factory it typically take 3-5 days to receive.
We provide a tracking number as soon as we receive one from our office in Jaipur

Returns

We do accept returns or exchanges on made to order items but not on pieces that have been tailored to fit the individual (unless it is faulty).

If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price.
